Bio
Coach Roper is a native of Brenham, Texas as a son of a college baseball coach. Following a move to Midland, Roper attended and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School (now Legacy) in 2015.
While at LHS Roper was a two-sport athlete, playing football and baseball. As a member of the Lee High School baseball Brady was coached by his father, Brian.
Brady Roper played collegiately at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree.
Following his time at H-SU, Roper joined the coaching staff at Lee High School for one year. He joined the Midland College baseball staff as a volunteer in the spring semester of 2022. He became a full-time assistant at MC in the fall of 2022.
In addition to his on the field coaching activities Coach Roper has also served as a strength and conditioning intern at Texas Christian and Hardin-Simmons Universities. He also worked as the Director of Sports Performance for D-Bat Permian Basin. Coach Roper is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Brady Roper and his wife, Justus, were married in June of 2021. Justus and Brady have a dog named Pote.
