Midland College Chaps to Host the 3rd Annual Bob Chapman Classic (November 7-9)
The 3rd Bob Chapman Classic field is set with three days of men's JUCO basketball action on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Al G. Langford Chaparral Center. The Chaps welcome Hillsborough Community College, FL; Howard College; Odessa College; Salt Lake Community College and Strength N Motion.

The Midland College Chaparrals (1-0) make preparation to host three outstanding days of college basketball action when they host the 3rd Annual Bob Chapman Classic at the Chaparral Center. Competing teams include: Hillsborough Community College, FL, Howard College, Odessa College, Salt Lake Community College, Strength in Motion and the MC Chaps beginning on Friday, November 7th @ 4:00 p.m.

The Midland College Chaparrals opened the season at Weatherford College on Tuesday afternoon. MC Chaps defeated the WC Coyotes 86-77. MC was led by Darius Carr who scored 22 points in the contest. Cayden Reed and Duane Thompson chipped in with 16 and 13 points respectively. Reed also recorded eight assists.
