The Midland College Lady Chaps basketball recorded two solid wins over the weekend at the 2024 WNIT. On Friday the Lady Chaps defeated, then, #11 ranked Kilgore College 77-72 followed by a win on Saturday versus Hill College by a score of 75-54. The wins extended MC's current win streak to three games headed into Monday's home game versus the Wayland Baptist University JV.
Midland College, 5-3 overall this season, appears to have found a winning formula over the past week and headed into the Thanksgiving holiday break. Tonight's game will be an opportunity to execute at a high level, to display effort and to give every team member a significant amount of court time.
Following tonight's game, MC will return to action on Tuesday, December 3rd @ 6:00 p.m. when they host Ranger College. The Lady Rangers are currently 1-2 this season.
