Lady Chaps Volleyball is Looking to Play a Complete Match Versus NMJC
The Midland College volleyball team is mired in a three-match WJCAC losing steak as the look to their next opponent, NMJC on Wednesday night at the Chaparrals Center.

The Midland College volleyball team will look to end their recent downturn as they take on New Mexico Junior College on Wednesday, October 1st @ 6:00 p.m. Midland College is 9-7 on the season and 1-3 in the WJCAC after Saturday's loss to #14 Frank Phillips College (27-25, 20-25, 18-25, 15-25). New Mexico Junior College will enter the match with a 12-8 record, including 3-1 in conference.
MC had their chances against the Plainsmen, but struggled in the third and fourth sets. The loss to FPC was the third consecutive WJCAC loss for the Lady Chaps.

The Lady Chaps have demonstrated an ability to play with teams ranked in the NJCAA Top 20. The team appears to struggle with holding leads against good teams. NMJC will be another test for MC on Wednesday night at the Chaparral Center. The Lady Chaps will need to play a consistent and complete match versus the Thunderbirds in order to return to the win column.
